CCLinguists LLC / Minnesota, USA

Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms describe the Cultures & Languages website and student portal operated by CCLinguists LLC, Minnesota, USA, and the stated conditions for its digital courses. Questions: info@culturesandlanguages.com.

Availability and scope

New paid enrollment for Language Access to Justice uses Stripe Checkout. Creating or verifying a student account alone does not grant course access. Catalog listings do not confirm enrollment, reserve a place or make an unavailable course available. Do not submit payment or student work by email as a substitute for the portal process.

Digital education

Language Access to Justice is a digital professional-development course for people interested in legal interpreting. Materials are educational, not legal advice. No physical goods are sold or shipped as part of the course. We make no promise of accreditation, licensure, professional certification, employment, court eligibility or a particular learning outcome. The expanded course is not represented as a verified 40-hour course.

Price, payment and coupons

The course price is $690 USD as a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout when checkout is available. Any applicable tax and the total must be disclosed before an order is placed. No charge is authorized merely by viewing this website.

Any offered coupon is subject to its stated eligibility, discount, expiration and usage limits and validation at Stripe Checkout. A coupon-entry field alone does not guarantee eligibility, a discount or enrollment. Even a 100% discount requires completed checkout and confirmed enrollment. A company arrangement does not authorize disclosure of individual student records.

Delivery and 60-day access

New paid enrollment provides 60 days of access starting when enrollment/access is activated, not when you first log in. Not using the course does not pause or restart that period. Lifetime access and automatic renewal are not included. Course delivery uses our custom Django student portal hosted on Render. Sign in with your enrollment email after completing the account-verification and enrollment process. Account messages are delivered through Zoho email. The enrollment process must provide activation instructions, technical requirements and any download restrictions before purchase.

The portal records lesson progress and supports worksheets, submissions, instructor feedback, revision history and available downloads. Use the download options provided in the portal; not all course materials are offered as downloads. Availability of a worksheet or feedback feature does not mean that exams or credentials are available.

If activation or access fails, contact info@culturesandlanguages.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.

Refunds and cancellation

All sales are final. CCLinguists LLC does not offer discretionary refunds, including if you do not use the course or do not complete it within the 60-day access period. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.

For non-delivery, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or a legally required remedy, email info@culturesandlanguages.com. Include the course, date, order reference and the issue, not a full card number. We will review the facts. Nothing here prevents you from exercising statutory consumer rights or contacting your payment provider about a genuine billing issue. The price, access limit and refund policy must be shown before accepting payment.

Materials, work and appropriate use

Course materials may contain content subject to the rights and permissions of their respective owners. No blanket ownership or reuse license is implied. Do not redistribute restricted materials or share another person's login. Do not send confidential real-client or court-case information as practice work or support evidence. Keep first attempts separate from later revisions and comparison material.

We do not claim ownership of a participant's original work by these website terms. The portal receives and stores worksheet work and revisions for instructor review, feedback, history and available downloads. This describes the operational use of submissions and does not grant a broader ownership or reuse license. These terms do not authorize AI training on student work.

Assessments and credentials

All module exams remain disabled and private. The 180-question draft bank is pending qualified review, not released for student use. The planned final is after Module 6, not section 5.6; this placement does not promise its availability or release. No active scoring rule, pass threshold, credential issuance or secure examination service is promised by this website.

Website use and changes

Do not use the site to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material. Catalog content for planned offerings may change before those offerings open. Changes to a paid order must be communicated through the applicable enrollment and support process and remain subject to mandatory legal rights. We will update these terms with a revised effective date when practices change.

Privacy and contact

See our Privacy Policy for current website and support data practices, including retention separate from course access. For support, accessibility assistance, access issues or billing questions, visit Customer Support or email info@culturesandlanguages.com.
