Help with courses and accessibility

Include the course name, page or feature, a description of the problem, and any error message. For accessibility assistance, describe the format or help you need. If you have an order reference, include it rather than payment-card details. Response times are not guaranteed.

Protect your information

Do not email passwords, API secrets, full card numbers, bank-account details, or confidential court-case or client information. Redact screenshots and send only what is needed to explain the issue.

Enrollment and delivery

New paid enrollment for Language Access to Justice uses Stripe Checkout. Course delivery uses our custom Django student portal hosted on Render. Creating or verifying an account alone does not grant course access. Please do not send payment by email or assume that a catalog listing reserves a place.

Already enrolled? Sign in to the student portal using your enrollment email; do not purchase again to resolve an access problem. Account and enrollment messages use Zoho email. Check your spam folder if a message is missing, and contact support with your enrollment email and order reference if you still need help.

For lesson progress, worksheets, submissions, instructor feedback, revision history or available downloads, include the lesson or worksheet title and the affected version or revision when relevant. All module exams remain disabled and private; the 180-question draft bank is pending qualified review. The planned final is after Module 6, with no availability or release promised.

Course price and access

The Language Access to Justice price is $690 USD, paid once. New paid enrollment provides course access for 60 days from activation of enrollment/access, not from first login. It is not lifetime access or an automatically renewing subscription. Course access expiry is separate from record retention; see the Privacy Policy.

Refunds and billing questions

All sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds, including for an unused course. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Email info@culturesandlanguages.com about non-delivery, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or a legally required remedy. Include the date and order reference, but never a full card number. We will review the issue; this policy does not waive your statutory rights.
